My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, but I encountered rudeness from the staff member, Alex, who was unprofessional. The room was small and hot, with cigarette burns on the toilet seat, which was disappointing. Despite this, the location was convenient, and I appreciated the nearby restaurants and gas stations.

The hotel is ideally located between the DFW airport and Downtown with easy access to the highway. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and filled with amenities. The service is top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The overall value for money is excellent.
